Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Wholetek and Baddiepreneur Inc. By purchasing our software and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Affiliation Notice

Wholetek and Baddiepreneur Inc. are affiliated but operate as separate legal entities. While collaboration or shared resources may occur, each company maintains its own independent products, services, and policies. By purchasing or using any product or service, you agree to the terms applicable to the company you are transacting with.


2. No Refund Policy

All sales of Wholetek software, Baddiepreneur Inc. programs, courses, content, and related services are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


3. Subscription and Payment Terms

By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.


4. Payment Plan Obligations

If you opt into a payment plan:

All scheduled payments must be completed without interruption.

Missed or failed payments will result in immediate loss of access.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Small claims court proceedings

Reporting to credit bureaus

Collection activity or additional enforcement


5. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Access may be revoked if the product or service is discontinued.


6. Intellectual Property

All software, materials, content, videos, curriculum, emails, automation, and training are the exclusive property of Wholetek or Baddiepreneur Inc.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or business use only.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


7. User Conduct

Users must comply with all state and federal laws. Any behavior that harms, defames, misuses, or interferes with Wholetek or Baddiepreneur Inc. may result in termination of access without refund.


8. Data and Privacy

Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with each company’s Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and security and take reasonable measures to protect your information.


9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms.
No refunds will be issued if access is revoked due to policy violations.


10. Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” with no implied or explicit guarantees.
Neither company is liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our software or services.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.


12. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated or amended at any time. Continued use of the product or service constitutes acceptance of all changes.


13. No Guarantees of Success

We do not guarantee income, deals, profits, or specific financial results.
Testimonials and examples represent real experiences, but individual results vary and are not promised.

15. Non-Refundable Custom Services Clause

By purchasing, the user acknowledges and agrees that this offer is 100% non-refundable due to the customized nature of services, including the building of your AI Bot and Leadsfeed system. These systems are uniquely created for each user and cannot be resold or reassigned.

All SMS, email, and usage fees are non-refundable because they reflect services already delivered.

Voice AI, Suggested Cash Buyers, and For You Page features are currently in beta.
Voice AI is provided at no additional cost only if a testimonial is submitted within 30 days of purchase. Without a testimonial, Voice AI is not included in the $297/month plan.

Your $297/month rate is “grandfathered” only with uninterrupted payments.
Canceling, pausing, or failing to make a payment within the grace period forfeits this rate. Rejoining requires payment at the current rate of $397/month.


Terms and Conditions for Communication System Usage Billing

1. Overview

Use of phone, text, email, and AI communication tools is subject to the usage rates and terms listed below.

2. Usage Rates

Outgoing Calls: $0.028 per minute

Incoming Calls: $0.017 per minute

SMS: $0.0158 per segment

Email Sent: $0.0014 per email

Email Verification: $0.005 each

Premium Trigger/Workflow: $0.02 per trigger

AI Phone Message: $0.04 per message

3. Billing

Charges are deducted from a prepaid balance.
Users may add funds at any time to maintain service.

4. $10 Usage Examples

Approximately equivalent to any one of the following:

357 minutes outgoing calls

588 minutes incoming calls

632 SMS segments

7,143 emails

2,000 email verifications

500 premium triggers

250 AI phone messages

5. Adjustments and Limitations

Rates may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.
Unused balances remain on the user account and roll over.

6. Refund Policy

All usage charges are non-refundable.
Unused funds stay on the account for future use.

7. Service Termination

Accounts without funds and inactive for 90 days may be suspended.
Reactivation requires a new payment.

WHOLETEK 90-DAY GUARANTEE AGREEMENT

This 90-Day Guarantee applies to all active Wholetek customers on paid plans. The purpose of this guarantee is to support users who consistently use the system as designed and complete all required actions.


1. Guarantee Outcome

The 90-Day Guarantee means the user will secure at least one executed real estate purchase contract within 90 consecutive days of activating their Wholetek subscription.

A “contract” is defined as a fully signed purchase agreement with a seller or agent.

For clarity, the guarantee does not require a closing or any earned profits. If a signed purchase agreement is obtained, Wholetek has fulfilled the guarantee in full.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 90-Day Guarantee, the user must complete all of the following requirements within the 90-day period:

a. Property Activity

Add a minimum of 300 properties into their Wholetek account.

Initiate outreach or offers to those properties through Wholetek’s tools (email, SMS, or agent communication).

Activity must appear in Wholetek system logs.

b. Daily Account Usage

Actively manage the Wholetek account a minimum of five (5) days per week, every week.

Required weekly activity includes:

Adding properties

Sending offers

Following up with agents

Responding to communication

Updating pipeline status

c. Training Completion

Watch and complete all required training modules, tutorials, and walkthroughs inside the Wholetek portal.

Complete all weekly homework and assigned tasks, including:

Homework at the end of each module

Weekly accountability check-ins

Any worksheets or action steps assigned by the admin team

d. Skool Community Requirements

Attend all Skool Community Classes live or watch the replay within seventy-two (72) hours.

Log into the Skool Community a minimum of five (5) days per week.

Actively participate by posting progress, asking questions when stuck, responding when help is offered, and engaging in community discussions.

All activity must be trackable in Skool login data and participation records.

e. Communication and Support

The user must request help when needed and respond to support or admin outreach within seventy-two (72) hours.

The user must maintain a positive, respectful relationship with staff and follow all Wholetek policies, terms, and procedures.


3. Verification of Requirements

All activity must be verifiable. Verification may include, but is not limited to:

Wholetek CRM usage logs

Property, pipeline, and communication history

Skool login and participation data

Attendance and replay tracking

Assignment and homework submissions

Support communication records

If any requirement cannot be verified, the guarantee is void.


4. If Requirements Are Met and No Contract Is Secured

If the user completes all requirements listed above and does not secure an executed real estate purchase contract within 90 days, the user will receive one of the following, at the company’s discretion:

An additional ninety (90) days of Wholetek access at no cost; or

A full refund of subscription fees paid during the 90-day period.

The company reserves the right to choose which option is provided.


5. Guarantee Cancellation

The guarantee is void if any of the following occur:

The user fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements

The user provides false activity, fraudulent data, or manipulates system logs

The user files or threatens a chargeback

The user cancels their subscription before the 90-day period ends

The user fails to complete required trainings, homework, calls, or Skool activity

The user does not engage with support when help is offered

The user violates Wholetek terms of service or community standards


6. Agreement

By subscribing to Wholetek, the user acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms outlined in this 90-Day Guarantee Agreement.
